Another tradition at Grandma's is the egg hunt. While Grandpa and the uncles hide the eggs, the children practice looking for eggs in the basement. Then it was off to find the eggs.
It took Miss K a bit to get started.
Jack was off to the back of the yard looking for the eggs.
She got the idea and at the same time was very insistent that she could do it herself. She found her 18 eggs.
I enjoy watching J help Miss K. They are such good friends.
The eggs were full of coins mostly pennies, nickels, and dimes with a few quarters. Grandpa might find some eggs when he mows the lawn.
We didn't do an egg hunt! I'm getting lazy or something. We've had two days of gorgeous weather so the boys have been outside playing with neighbour kids and that is good. I've been gardening like crazy. - Sheila
